Intelligence Technologies ("we," "us") provides missed-call text-back services for local service businesses in San Diego, California, operated as a sole proprietorship. This policy covers our website and our SMS/text messaging services.

When you call or text one of our business lines, we receive and store: your phone number, the content of your messages, and call metadata (time and duration). When you use our website, we do not set tracking cookies and we do not collect personal information unless you contact us.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you asked about, schedule appointments you request, and maintain a record of the conversation. Message content may be processed by automated systems to draft replies.

SMS consent and sharing — the important part

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages. We only ever send text messages to people who contacted our business first.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies with your conversation; message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Data retention and security

Conversation records are retained only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, and are accessible only to the business owner. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights
