1. The service

Intelligence Technologies provides automated missed-call text-back and conversational SMS services ("the Service") for local service businesses. By calling or texting a business line operated with the Service, or by engaging us to operate one, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS messaging terms

• You only receive messages if you contacted the business first by call or text — that contact constitutes your opt-in.
• Message frequency varies with your conversation. No recurring marketing messages are sent.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance or contact raymondduenas2100@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Automated responses

Replies may be drafted by automated systems using information the business approved. Automated replies are informational; final pricing, scheduling, and commitments are confirmed by the business owner. If an automated reply contains an error, the business's confirmed written quote governs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to attempt to extract data from or misuse the automated system.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligence Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the prior three months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
